Carmem started Horizon West Cleaning Services in 2019 with two people clearly in mind.
The first was the busy family in West Orange County who needed a cleaning service they could genuinely trust — not a national franchise where you never know who is showing up, but a consistent, professional team that treats every home with care and accountability.
The second was the hardworking woman who needed a safe, respectful workplace where she could earn a fair living, grow professionally, and provide for her children. Carmem saw an opportunity to build something that served both — and she built it here, in the community she calls home.
